Executive Committee

The article of incorporation of the HOPE Foundation has seven initial directors.

The executive committee consists of:

• President - Dr. Krishan Nagda,
• Vice President - Gunvant C. Shah P.E.,
• Treasurer - Dimple Sharma M. S., M. B. A., and
• Secretary - DDurga S. Nagda

The bylaws and tax exempt (upon request) status is available.
